I teach Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin and Vinyasa, building a creative flow that guides you towards physical, mental, and emotional peace and harmony. In addition, I am a certified yoga therapist, a healing system that goes back over 5,000 years based on yoga principles and techniques to create and maintain an optimum state of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. It is a personalised approach to healing and well-being that integrates yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation and relaxation techniques to promote holistic health. Yoga therapy can be beneficial for various conditions such as musculoskeletal issues, chronic pains, mobility issues, injury recovery, arthritis, respiratory conditions, autoimmune conditions, heart disease, digestive disorders, chronic pain, anxiety and depression.
Classes are available in English and, upon request, in French.
The group sessions are designed to refine your practice and alternate between Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin and Vinyasa flows.
Sessions are adapted to suit all levels of yoga practitioners and are held in condominiums facilities, in offices or nearby parks, currently East Coast park.
